Terms and Conditions for All Manta Ray Bay Hotel & Yap Diver’s Reservations

DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a deposit of $195.00 USD per room to be received by us within 30 days of booking. No reservations made within 60 days of
arrival will be accepted without a credit card deposit. If a deposit is not received within 30 days of booking, your reservation may
automatically be canceled without notification! If a credit card is used for deposit, we will charge $195.00 USD per room to your
card as confirmation. This deposit will become non-refundable at 14 days prior to arrival in Yap. Balance in full is required 80 days
prior to arrival in Yap. If for some reason you decide to cancel your trip, we must receive your notice of cancellation, in writing.

REFUND POLICY
All reservations will be refunded in full if cancelled in writing prior to 21 days before arrival in Yap.
There will be no other refunds given to anyone at any time except for prepaid events, dives and/or excursions
canceled by Manta Ray Bay Hotel & Yap Divers.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend travel insurance be purchased to protect travelers in the event of illness, injury, weather or
any other condition that may prevent them from taking part in prepaid services. There will be no refunds for any unused
services, this includes hotel accommodations, diving and/or land tours regardless of reason for non-use of services.

LIMITATION OF HOTEL LIABILITY
All reservations made are subject to the conditions stated herein. Manta Ray Bay Hotel is not liable for strikes,
Acts of God, failure of guests to vacate or conditions beyond the control of Manta Ray Bay Hotel. Manta Ray Bay reserves the right
to accommodate any reservation in alternate hotels. If the published rate of the room occupied in the alternate hotel is less than the
Manta Ray’s published rate, then the difference between rates will be credited to the guests’ account.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & JCB credit cards. Your card may be used for all purchases at the resort.

GROUP POLICIES
*Our Group packages are considered the most generous in the travel industry.
Hotel/Dive Package: For hotel/dive packages (double occupancy only), : 7 paid – 1 free (7/1), 10 paid – 2 free (10/2)
and 13 paid – 3 free (13/3)
Diving Only: For every 10 divers paid, one will receive free diving.
Hotel Only: For every 6 rooms paid (double occupancy only), 1 additional room will be provided at no charge (6/1).
